The memory of the futureSharing innovation knowledge through authentic stories

Contact BC1®

It starts with a conversation

Companies, research institutes and public bodies work with BC1® on a film about their innovation. It always starts with a conversation: what is there to see, who speaks, what is the heart of it.

Innovation only carries through when others can build on it. That is why everything here stays public and online, years after the project has ended. Shared knowledge that is kept is what makes progress possible and keeps solutions future-proof.

No sales pitch, just a look at what is possible in your situation. A first conversation costs nothing and commits you to nothing.

Get in touch

Working on an innovation with something to show? We would like to hear about it. The same goes for a film you already have that became impossible to find once the project ended: it can be made public and findable here, subtitled and accompanied by text.

In both cases the editors look at the content. Is it an innovation, is there something to see, and is it of use to someone else? Then it belongs here.

For questions about the platform, about subtitling or about working together, you can reach us in the same way.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to have a film already before getting in touch?
No. You can call with nothing more than an innovation and the question of whether there is something worth showing. We will look at what is possible together.
What happens after I get in touch?
We arrange a conversation, look at the content and tell you honestly whether it fits BC1®. If it does not, we say so. A first conversation commits you to nothing.
Can I put forward an existing film that can no longer be found anywhere?
Yes. It can be made public and findable here, subtitled and accompanied by text, so the story can be found again anywhere in the world, in five languages.
