Ada Kaspersma built an online programme for your plan
Ada Kaspersma of Adalyse has developed an online programme that lets entrepreneurs write their own business plan themselves. The tool guides you step by step through the chapters you'll need and offers tips that get you thinking about things you may not have considered before.
Who is it for?
For entrepreneurs just starting out who need a business plan, whether to apply for benefits through the UWV (the Dutch employee insurance agency, which handles unemployment and disability benefits) or to secure funding. But it's just as useful for more established companies facing a strategic choice, a different product range, a second location, or an investment.
How is the programme structured?
You follow the structure of the business plan itself. After a brief introduction and an explanation of the method, you reach the module "You and your company," where you examine your own strengths and weaknesses. Next comes the market research, covering external factors, trends, and developments, followed by your target audience and then the competitor analysis. Along the way, you're prompted to look at things you wouldn't normally consider.
You write at your own pace and save on costs
Besides saving money, one of the advantages is that you can write the plan at your own pace and take the time to think important questions through properly. As a result, the business plan reflects your vision and mission more clearly, which makes it easier to convey to the outside world.
A few hours of personal guidance are included
That said, you don't have to write the whole plan on your own. The online programme comes with a few hours of personal guidance built in. And if you'd like extra help or support from Ada while writing your plan, that can easily be arranged.
